How long do Falscara lashes stay on?
When applied with our Bond and Seal system, your Falscara wisps can last for up to 24 hours. For extended wear of up to 10 days, we recommend using our Overnighter long-wear sealer.
Are Falscara wisps reusable?
Yes, with proper care and cleaning, each wisp can be reused up to 3 times. Use a gentle oil-free makeup remover to clean any residue after removal.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer standard shipping (3-5 business days) and expedited shipping options. Orders over $35 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental United States.
Can I return my order if I am not satisfied?
Due to the hygienic nature of beauty products, we only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.
Is the Falscara adhesive safe for sensitive eyes?
Our Bond and Seal formulas are dermatologist-tested and designed to be gentle. However, we always recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin before full application.
How do I remove the lashes without damaging my natural ones?
We recommend using the Falscara Remover, which is specifically formulated to dissolve the bond safely. Apply the remover to a cotton pad, press onto the eye for 10 seconds, and gently wipe away.
